Data protection by individuals

Each employee, self-employed worker or administrator undertakes to respect the confidential data of donors, employees, administrators, volunteers and beneficiaries of the Foundation.

In addition, the individual undertakes to keep confidential the information specific to the Foundation's activities and not to disclose its content, nor to make any personal use of it or for the benefit of others.

This policy is effective as of the employee's or volunteer's start date and continues indefinitely.

 

Data protection by the Foundation

The Foundation will not to sell its donor lists. From time to time, It may exchange certain information with other non-profit organizations but only if the donor has previously provided consent in the online donation form. The only data collected will be the name and address of the donor.

The Foundation also undertakes to destroy any paper document containing personal information relating in particular to credit cards once the administrative procedure has been completed.

 

Protection of privacy

At any time, donors may withdraw their consent to future services and communications of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.
