The Réseau ROSE provides high-risk families in Quebec with information and psychosocial support tailored to their reality, it develops clinical intervention models based on evidence and trains health professionals on issues related to familial breast cancer.
Le Centre ROSE began its operations in 2012 thanks to a financial contribution made by the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. Networking led by the Centre ROSE, since its inception, brought to light the lack of resources in other parts of Quebec, and hence the need to build bridges among the interregional intervening parties working with families at risk. The Centre ROSE set up the Réseau ROSE to share expertise and to make services available in three new regions of the province: Montréal, Bas-St-Laurent and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
In this regard, the project will be executed jointly at the following sites: the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal, the CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent, the CSSS de Rimouski-Neigette and the CIUSSS Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
