Surgical oncologist at the CHUM and world-renowned researcher, André Robidoux led research involving thousands of patients that enables him to explain to the public the different facets of the disease and the treatments best suited to counter it. His career has allowed him to treat more than 4,000 patients to date.
Why Choosing Breast Cancer?
Dr. Robidoux finds it fascinating to study the biology of the breast cancer disease. He has also been influenced by mentors such as Dr. Bernard Fisher who worked in this field. Moreover, this disease affected him personally as some family members died from it.
