This group is exclusively dedicated to people diagnosed with breast cancer (all stages) and living in Quebec. The group’s main language of communication is French.
Parlons cancer du sein is a bi-monthly peer-to-peer discussion group that gives you the opportunity to meet and share your experiences with others who are living with or have experienced breast cancer in the past 3 years. Accessible by videoconference and facilitated by a social worker, the discussion group takes place in a respectful, non-judgmental and confidential atmosphere. The healthcare professional’s role is to facilitate and stimulate reflection and discussion, while prioritizing exchanges between sufferers.

Club Jasette virtuel
Club jasette virtuel is a bi-monthly peer-to-peer discussion group that gives you the opportunity to meet and share your experiences with others who know what it’s like to live with metastatic breast cancer. Accessible by videoconference and moderated by a social worker, Club jasette virtuel takes place in a respectful, non-judgmental and confidential atmosphere. The healthcare professional’s role is to facilitate and stimulate reflection and discussion, while prioritizing exchanges between sufferers. The main language of communication is French.

Closed support group Retour au travail
The Retour au travail Group is an online support group for people who are planning to return to work after completing cancer treatment, or who have recently returned to work. The aim of the group is to help women who have experienced breast cancer to stay at work. It can also enable people to reduce their apprehensions about returning to work; to become aware of their personal assets and available resources; and to revisit the place and importance accorded to work. This is a 7-week group, meeting once a week, facilitated by a social worker. Each cohort comprises 6 to 8 people, and several cohorts are held each year. To participate, you must have been diagnosed with breast cancer within the last 2 years, have completed active treatment and be planning to return to work, or have recently returned to work. The main language of communication is French.
