Here are the services offered free of charge 24/7 thanks to a partnership between the Foundation and Dialogue.
The available experts are:
- Family doctors
- Clinical nurses
- Nurse practitioners
Certain specialized services, including consultations with psychologists and nutritionists, are not covered by the Foundation.
Service eligibility criteria
This service will be offered 24/7 for 1 year, with possibility of renewal.Please note the following eligibility criteria:
- Having received a breast cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years
- Residing in Quebec, with legal status in Canada, as recognized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
- Having access to one of the following communications tools: a smartphone, tablet or computer
Available throughout Canada, Dialogue’s telemedicine is an excellent way to provide these services. It offers fast and easy access 24/7 no matter where you live. Our professionals are bound by the same responsibilities as in their other professional activities.

Currently in the exploratory phase, until the fall of 2019, the Virtual Clinic is offered exclusively to people who meet the three eligibility criteria and their family members.

Dialogue’s medical team is made up of some of the most qualified healthcare professionals in Canada. They have many years of experience of practice and were recruited with a stringent selection process. While providing virtual healthcare through Dialogue, they continue deepening their knowledge in clinical, hospital and emergency settings. Each member of the care team receives personalized training at Dialogue and ongoing medical training, including training developed specifically to address the most common problems faced by breast cancer survivors and their family members.
Patient privacy and confidentiality are the cornerstones of Dialogue and the Foundation.
