My Yoga
My Yoga offers classes adapted to people affected by breast cancer. The teachers participating in this component are trained and accredited by our My Active HealthTM program, and offer their classes right in their own studios. My Yoga aims to offer an experience that is supervised, safe and based on scientific evidence.
Eligibility criteria
Having received a breast cancer diagnosis in the past three years OR having metastatic breast cancer
Our commitment
Competent teachers, accredited and recognized by the Foundation’s My Active HealthTM program
We offer you 2 free sessions per week: In the yoga studio of your choice, in person, or online, with one of our accredited partner teachers (you will find their contact information in the document below).
