The power of science and community
In a warm and supportive atmosphere, the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation holds three key events every year to inform you of the latest scientific and social advances in breast cancer, during expert conferences and small group workshops:
- Scientific Forum (for the general public)
- Health Professional Forum
- Wellness Forum
Researchers, physicians and specialists present talks and workshops on issues that affect you. Past topics have included new treatments, cancer research, innovative diagnostic or screening technologies, support and resources for people affected and their caregivers, marriage and relationships, fertility, physical and mental health, to name but a few!
Whether you are a breast cancer survivor, a person undergoing treatment, a caregiver, a family member, a health professional or a member of the general public concerned about breast cancer, these Forums are enriching, rejuvenating and helpful opportunities to cultivate hope.
Talks focussed on your needs
We present a summary of our presentations in short and informative video clips, to keep you “abreast” of new scientific, technological and social breakthroughs in the fight against breast cancer, and of methods that foster wellness.
These talks are a wonderful chance for us to meet and discuss your needs and experience. Your attendance greatly contributes to the pursuit of our mission of fighting breast cancer.
That’s why we really want to hear from you! We’d love to hear your suggestions for how to improve the events and meet your expectations. Please write to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and tell us what topics you’d like to see specialists explore at future Forums.
