My active health

My workshops

The My Active Health program gives workshops to educate and raise awareness among breast cancer patients about exercise and the importance of keeping physically active. This workshop consists of a two-hour session held monthly at the Foundation’s office (279 Sherbrooke Street West, #305, Montréal, QC H2X 1Y1). It is offered free of charge to people affected by breast cancer.

7:00 p.m– General information about physical activity
7:30 p.m – Lymphedema workshop
8:00 p.m – Exercise session
8:50 p.m – Discussion

My yoga

Our yoga sessions are adapted and supervised by yoga teachers who are certified and accredited to teach students affected by breast cancer.

Eligibility criteria

  • Having received a breast cancer diagnosis in the past three years


  • Having metastatic breast cancer

  • Free sessions twice a week at a studio near you

My retreat

The My Active Health retreat is the only activity with a participation fee. Overseen by health professionals, this overnight wellness retreat includes meals, transportation, activities and wellness sessions.
