The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation is proud to announce the success of its annual event ROSE LE SOIR in raising over $290 600 in funds.
An annual event never to be missed, what a great way to close Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
This year’s ROSE LE SOIR featured the unique Jazzy vibes of Bourbon Street with Martin Goyette & Toxedo Swing’s upbeat music coupled with a silent auction and delectable Cajun inspired cuisine, to create an incomparable event that celebrated the heart and culture of Louisiana. All this resulting in quite an exceptional evening at the noteworthy contemporary Art Gallery l’Arsenal de Montréal, last Wednesday night.
ROSE LE SOIR is an entertaining event where the generosity and compassion of sponsors, donors and guests will directly impact the fight against breast cancer. The Foundation would like to thank its three co-chairpersons for their contribution; Mr. Pierre Dufour, Vice-President, Card and Payment Solutions at National Bank, Ms. Isabelle Jean, Corporate Vice-President of Strategy, Innovation and Public Affairs at Loto-Québec and Mr. Jean Roy, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Kruger Energy.
The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation will invest 100% of the funds raised through the event in research and innovation, in raising awareness and in education and support to men and women affected by the disease and their loved ones across Quebec. Among other things, the Foundation is currently supporting 13 innovative research projects.
