See Your Doctor
It is recommended that you see a doctor or a gynecologist, once a year or every two years, for a clinical breast examination.
As well, the first visit should include setting up your personal follow-up plan. Each woman’s body is different, as are her risks of getting breast cancer or any other cancer. Hence, during your first clinical examination, you should discuss your risk of breast cancer with your family doctor or gynecologist, who will ask you the appropriate questions and then recommend a follow-up plan that is right for you.
