Big contest Dare to give

Presented by the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation




1.1 Those wishing to participate in the Dare to Give Grand Prize Contest must register online from March 5 until May 7, 2018.

1.2. Purchase of a $ 5 ticket is required.

1.3. Maximum 1 entry per email address per person for the entire duration of the contest.

1.4. This contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec, aged 18 and over.

1.5. Participants must be located in Quebec.

1.6. Individuals employed by the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, its advertising and promotional agencies or judges (contest parties) at any time during the entire contest period and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.


2.1. For the purposes of this contest, the "receipt" of an entry occurs when a person registers online at the address mentioned in 1.1, and then validates their registration via the confirmation link sent by email to the address indicated by the participant.

2.2. For the purposes of this contest, a valid entry is considered to be the completion of the web form and the validation mentioned in 2.1 before May 8, 2018, at midnight Eastern Time. Automated entries (including, but not limited to, robot, script, macro, or other automated submissions) are not permitted.

2.3. Multiple entries will be disqualified from all submitted registrations. All winners must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these rules in order to qualify for the prize. The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation is not responsible for any failure of the Website during the contest period, including any telephone problems or technical malfunctions of an online computer system, servers, Internet service providers, computer equipment, software, non-receipt of any email or participation due to technical difficulty or congestion on the Internet or on the website, or any other combination including damage or harm to a participant's computer or to the computer of an associated person resulting from the downloading of contest material, which may affect a person's ability to participate in the contest. Submissions with invalid emails will be disqualified.

2.4. By entering this contest, entrants agree to release and clear the contest parties, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage arising from or in connection with, directly or indirectly;

(a) attribution, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded below; or

b) participation in the contest or any activity associated with the prize. The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation is not responsible for any technical delays that may be caused by the printing of an expired contest from an advertisement.


3.1. The prize consists of a 150$ gift card at La Vie en Rose.

3.2. The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation expressly disclaims any liability for damages or losses of any person or property related to the delivery and/or subsequent use of awarded prizes. The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety or performance of any prize awarded.


4.1. Chances of winning: The probability of winning will depend on the actual number of submissions received for this contest.

Random draw: There will be 1 winner. This winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible submissions. The draw will take place on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at noon local time. Other draws may be required if a winner does not claim the prize by the specified deadline.


5.1. Selected entrants will be contacted on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, between 1 pm and 5 pm so that they confirm their acceptance of the prize.

5.2. In the event that the prize is not claimed before Wednesday, May 16, 2018 the participant will lose the right to its prize.

5.3. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must: Complete, sign and return a release confirming:

● compliance with the contest rules;

● acceptance of the prize as proposed;

● recognition of the right of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation and their respective agents to publish the photo, name and address of the winner, without compensation other than the price offered.

5.4. The electronic tickets will be sent following the acceptance of the prize and after signature of the discharge.

5.5. If a winner makes a false statement in any of the documents referenced above, the winner will be obliged to return his prize immediately to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. All unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random draw held as needed. In the case of a conflict over the identity of the participant, the prize will be awarded to the email account associated with the submission.

5.6. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these general rules, contest regulations and judging decisions, which will be final and irrevocable with respect to all aspects of the contest. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with all conditions contained in the general rules and regulations. By participating in this contest, individuals agree to the use by the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation of their personal information for direct marketing purposes.


 6.1. Residents of Quebec: Any litigation concerning the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Control Commission to obtain a judgement. Any litigation related to the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Commission to help the parties reach an agreement.

6.2. The contest is subject to federal, provincial and local rules and regulations.


7.1. If, for any reason, the contest does not work as intended, including problems caused by computer viruses, bugs, handling, unauthorized interventions, frauds, technical failures, or any other cause beyond reasonable control of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and is authorized by law to cancel, terminate, modify or to suspend the contest and to choose winners from all eligible submissions before the cancellation. People found to be tampering or damaging any aspect of the contest, or that the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation considers being the cause of a malfunction, error, breakage or damage, will be disqualified. The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, programming or operator errors of the contest.
